Team Leader
Duties:


  1.  Lead team members to provide perfect service to customer

Requirements:


  1. 3+ year experience in multifunction call center management in international company

  2. Good at Microsoft software, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  3. Good communication skills and management sense.

Operation Manager
Duties:


  1.  Make sure that the whole team could handle daily outbound/inbound work as requested

  2. Reach the team target, keep improving the performance to make the team better and better

  3. Optimize the service process to build a steady team and enhance productivity

  4. Lead and support team members’ current affairs.


Requirements:


  1.  5+ year experience in multifunction call center (IB/OB/tele-sales/non-voice) operation management in international company

  2. COPC Certificate is a preferred

  3. Very Experienced in call center operation management, including Forecast and Roster, Staffing, Training and Coaching, Quality management, Productivity management, On-site management, Process management and People management

  4. Problem Solving Skills & Analytical Skill

  5. Excel in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines on time

  6. Outgoing, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

  7. Confident and be comfortable presenting to clients on a regular basis Multi-tasking flair,well-versed in current affairs

  8. Excellent written and basic communication skills in English

Quality Manager
Duties:


  1. Set up and keep optimizing the workload of Quality department

  2. Enhance productivity of the whole quality team and provide great support to the operation team

  3. Build up good relationship with client and make sure that the team could follow the global quality standard as client request

  4. Handle current affairs and workload assignment of the quality team. Encourage and improve team morale

  5. Lead team to be a high-performance and cooperative united team.


Requirements:


  1. 4+ year experience in multifunction call center quality management in international company

  2. 6-Sigmaand COPC Certificate are preferred

  3. Familiar with quality management

  4. Excellent written and basic communication skills in English.

UNIQLO SO
Duties:


  1. Product introduction page production and preparation(including product picture size adjustment, image, etc..)

  2.  Product shelf management(according to promotion or inventory of products on the web)

  3. Mall basic set tasks and regular store page update production.

  4. Commodity prices and category management

  5. The overall Banner adjustment of Taobao

  6. Through the design element to complete the planned designPost


Requirements:


  1.  Computer application-related majors or computer enthusiasts, secondary school or above;

  2. Mandarin standards, good communication and expression skills, with a certain degree of teamwork ability;

Graphic Design
Duties:


  1. Responsible for the photo shooting and post-processing of cross-border e-commerce products

  2. Responsible for product image beautification, editing, production, management and other work.

  3. To meet the needs of the operation and sales, combined with the characteristics of the product to create graphic and attractive to customers to buy pictures.


Post requirements:


  1. At least one year experience in shop art

  2. Has a solid art skills, a good understanding of product design and visual effects

  3. Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, AI and other design software, have a good understanding of product shooting and visual effects.

  4. A good team spirit and sense of responsibility

  5. Good at product picture photographer is preferred.

Assistant Finance
Duties:


  1. Handle the basic affairs of the Ministry of Finance;

  2. Finishing documents, binding vouchers, input data;

  3. Handle superior arrangements for other matters.


Post requirements:

CSR
Duties:
